Hope

Dry brushing technique, and acrylic paint. I wanted to use my canvas before the end of summer, so i thought of making a painting based off of a word. A important word that\'s been in my life lately is Hope. So i researched it and found the story of pandora\'s box was related to it. hope was at the bottom of the box after all of the doom and despair. so i decided to make pandora\'s box (a.k.a pyxis) with clouds coming out of it. the lighter colors represent the hope, and the darker the left over despair. i want to add some outlines of the new york skyline because it\'s one of my big dreams i wish/\"hope\" to reach in the future, living there and all so yeah.. oh and can you spot the face in the clouds? hehe yeah enjoy
